PHYSIOTHERAPY
- Handmade and improvised rehabilitation equipment
- Uncommon conditions like leprosy
- Heavy reliance on manual therapies
- Extremely late presentation and advanced cases
RADIOGRAPHY
- Developing CT, MRI and X-ray on film in a darkroom
- Inadequate MRI equipments in Ghana
- Limited privacy with multiple patients undergoing scans in the same room

DENTAL
- Lack of resources and use of outdated equipment
